Omega Healthcare Investors (OHI) Declares $0.66 Quarterly Dividend; 10.2% Yield

Omega Healthcare Investors (NYSE: OHI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.66 per share, or $2.64 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on May 15, 2018, to stockholders of record on April 30, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of April 27, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 10.2 percent.

“As I discussed in our 4th quarter earnings call, we are focusing on strategic repositioning activities and therefore do not expect to increase the quarterly dividend for the remainder of 2018.” Mr. Pickett continued, “We are confident in the sustainability of our current quarterly dividend and remain committed to returning capital to our shareholders and growing our dividend in future years.”
