Tanger Factory Outlet Centers (SKT) Raises Annual Dividend 2.2% to $0.35; 1.5% Yield

Tanger Factory Outlet Centers (NYSE: SKT) declared an annual dividend of $0.35 per share, or $0.35 annualized. This is a 2.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.3425.

The dividend will be payable on May 15, 2018, to stockholders of record on April 30, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of April 27, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
