NASDAQ (NASDAQ: NDAQ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.44 per share, or $1.76 annualized. This is a 15.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.38.

The dividend will be payable on June 29, 2018, to stockholders of record on June 15, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of June 14, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.
