UDR, Inc. (UDR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 4% to $0.3225; 3.7% Yield

UDR, Inc. (NYSE: UDR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3225 per share, or $1.29 annualized. This is a 4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.31.

The dividend will be payable on April 30, 2018, to stockholders of record on April 9, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of April 6, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.7 percent.
