Urstadt Biddle Properties (NYSE: UBP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per common share, or $0.96 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 16, 2018, to stockholders of record on April 2, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of March 29, 2018.
