Horizon Bancorp (HBNC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 15.4% to $0.15; 2% Yield

Horizon Bancorp (NASDAQ: HBNC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized. This is a 15.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.13.

The dividend will be payable on April 20, 2018, to stockholders of record on April 6, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of April 5, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2 percent.
