Ocean Bio-Chem (NASDAQ: OBCI) declared a special dividend of $0.06 per share.

The dividend will be payable on April 16, 2018, to stockholders of record on April 2, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of March 29, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
