International Bancshares (IBOC) Declares $0.33 Semi-Annual Dividend; 1.6% Yield

International Bancshares (NASDAQ: IBOC) declared a semi-annual dividend of $0.33 per share, or $0.66 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 16, 2018, to stockholders of record on April 2, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of March 29, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.6 percent.

“This cash dividend was made possible because of the Company’s strong capital position, proven track record of success and continuing to achieve superior earnings,” said Dennis E. Nixon, President and CEO of IBC.
