Virco Mfg. Corp. (VIRC) Declares $0.015 Quarterly Dividend; 1.4% Yield

Virco Mfg. Corp. (NASDAQ: VIRC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.015 per share, or $0.06 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 10, 2018, to stockholders of record on March 23, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of March 22, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.4 percent.
