Global Indemnity (NASDAQ: GBLI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 29, 2018, to stockholders of record on March 21, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of March 20, 2018.
