Financial Institutions (FISI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 9.1% to $0.24; 3.1% Yield

Financial Institutions (NASDAQ: FISI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share, or $0.96 annualized. This is a 9.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.22.

The dividend will be payable on April 2, 2018, to stockholders of record on March 15, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of March 14, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.1 percent.

President and Chief Executive Officer Martin K. Birmingham stated, “We are pleased to announce the Board’s decision to increase the quarterly dividend to common shareholders for the second consecutive quarter. Today’s increase reflects confidence in the Company’s business and outlook, the positive impact of tax reform, and our commitment to shareholders.”
