LyondellBasell Industries (NYSE: LYB) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.00 per share, or $4 annualized. This is an 11.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.90.

The dividend will be payable on March 12, 2018, to stockholders of record on March 5, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of March 2, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.6 percent.
