New Senior Investment Group (NYSE: SNR) reported Q4 EPS of $0.41, versus ($0.17) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $106.92 million versus the consensus estimate of $106 million.

- Declared cash dividend of $0.26 per common share
- Net income of $33.5 million, or $0.41 per basic and diluted share

- AFFO of $20.1 million, or $0.24 per basic and diluted share
