Vasco Data Security (NASDAQ: VDSI) reported Q4 EPS of $0.14, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter came in at $54.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $50.27 million.

GUIDANCE:
