Momenta Phama (NASDAQ: MNTA) reported Q4 EPS of $0.18, versus ($0.31) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $64.6 million, versus $66.59 million reported last year.

Net Income (Loss):

• The Company reported a net income of $13.8 million, or $0.18 per share for the fourth quarter of 2017 compared to a net income of $41.5 million, or $0.60 per share for the same period in 2016.
• Net income in the 2017 period was driven by the recognition of the $50.0 million upfront payment from CSL as revenue.
• Net income in the 2016 period includes the one-time asset return payment of $51.2 million from Baxalta for the early termination of the M923 collaboration.
• For the year ended December 31, 2017, the Company reported a net loss of $(88.1) million, or $(1.20) per share compared to a net loss of $(21.0) million, or $(0.31) per share for 2016.
