Evans Bancorp (NYSE: EVBN) declared a semi-annual dividend of $0.46 per share, or $0.92 annualized. This is a 15% increase from the prior dividend of $0.40.

The dividend will be payable on April 3, 2018, to stockholders of record on March 13, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of March 12, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.2 percent.
