ServisFirst Bancshares (NASDAQ: SFBS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share, or $0.44 annualized. This is a 120% increase from the prior dividend of $0.05.

The dividend will be payable on April 13, 2018, to stockholders of record on April 2, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of March 29, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.1 percent.
