QTS Realty Trust (NYSE: QTS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.41 per share, or $1.64 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 5, 2018, to stockholders of record on March 22, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of March 21, 2018.
