UPDATE: Argo Group (AGII) Declares $0.27 Quarterly Dividend, 1.8% Yield; Announces 15% Share Dividend

Argo Group (NASDAQ: AGII) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.27 per share, or $1.08 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 23, 2018, to stockholders of record on March 7, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of March 6, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.8 percent.

Share Dividend

Board of Directors has declared a 15% stock dividend. The stock dividend is payable on March 21, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 7, 2018. Shareholders will receive cash in lieu of fractional shares.
