UPDATE: KLA-Tencor (KLAC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 27% to $0.75. 2.91% Yield

KLA-Tencor (NASDAQ: KLAC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.75 per share, or $3.16 annualized. This is a 27% increase from the prior dividend of $0.59.

The dividend will be payable on June 1, 2018, to stockholders of record on May 15, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of May 14, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.91 percent.

"The fundamentals of the semiconductor equipment market and KLA-Tencor's position within it have never been stronger," said Rick Wallace, president and chief executive officer of KLA-Tencor. "Today's dividend increase, the largest in our history, reflects the strength of KLA-Tencor's free cash flow generation and our commitment to enhancing stockholder value."
