L-3 Technologies (LLL) Raises Quarterly Dividend 6.7% to $0.80; 2.1% Yield

L-3 Technologies (NYSE: LLL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.80 per share, or $3.2 annualized. This is a 6.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.75.
The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2018, to stockholders of record on March 1, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of February 28, 2018.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.
“Our 14th consecutive annual dividend increase underscores the Board’s continued confidence in our growth strategy and our robust cash flow,” said Christopher E. Kubasik, L3’s Chief Executive Officer and President. “We will continue our disciplined approach to grow and invest in the company to increase shareholder value, including returning cash through quarterly dividends.”
