Cardinal Health (CAH) Tops Q2 EPS by 16c

Cardinal Health (NYSE: CAH) reported Q2 EPS of $1.31, $0.16 better than the analyst estimate of $1.15. Revenue for the quarter came in at $35.2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $34.65 billion.

GUIDANCE:

The company is raising its outlook for fiscal 2018 non-GAAP EPS to $5.25-$5.50 to reflect $0.40 per share of benefit from the lower federal rate due to U.S. tax reform.
