Selective Insurance Group (NASDAQ: SIGI) reported Q4 EPS of $0.86, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.82.

• Net premiums written grew 8%
• GAAP combined ratio was 92.8%
• Statutory combined ratio was 93.1%
• After-tax net investment income was up 18%, to $31.2 million
