LogMeIn (LOGM) Raises Quarterly Dividend 20% to $0.30; 0.9% Yield

LogMeIn (NASDAQ: LOGM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.25.
“We believe returning capital to shareholders is an important component of LogMeIn’s unique SaaS profile. Based on our growth and expanded free cash flows, our Board has voted to increase our quarterly dividend by 20%,” said Bill Wagner, President & Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
The dividend will be payable on February 28, 2018, to stockholders of record on February 12, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of February 9, 2018.
The annual yield on the dividend is 0.9 percent.
