Vornado Realty Trust (NYSE: VNO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.63 per share, or $2.52 annualized. This is a 7.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.585.

The dividend will be payable on February 15, 2018, to stockholders of record on January 29, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of January 26, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.5 percent.
