Alexanders (ALX) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5.9% to $4.50; 4.7% Yield

Alexanders (NYSE: ALX) declared a quarterly dividend of $4.50 per share, or $18 annualized. This is a 5.9% increase from the prior dividend of $4.25.

The dividend will be payable on February 15, 2018, to stockholders of record on January 29, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of January 26, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.7 percent.
