Bluerock Residential Growth REIT (NYSE: BRG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.1625 per share, or $0.65 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 5, 2018, to stockholders of record on March 23, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of March 22, 2018.
