BEA Systems (Nasdaq: BEAS) 8% LOWER; reports Q3 revenues of $347.7 million vs. $348.74 million consensus. No EPS due to stock option review.
Hot Topic (Nasdaq: HOTT) 7% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.16, in-line with estimates.(0.16) Revenues were $196.7 million vs. $196.35 million consensus.
Men's Wearhouse (NYSE: MW) 6% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.58, and adjusted EPS of $0.60, which may not compare to the consensus of $0.54. Revenues were $430 million vs. $430.52 million consensus. The company estimates Q4 2006 GAAP and adjusted diluted EPS in a range of $0.72 to $0.76 and $0.68 to $0.72, respectively. May not compare to the consensus of $0.79. The company estimates Fiscal 2006 GAAP and adjusted diluted EPS in a range of $2.48 to $2.52 and $2.50 and $2.54, respectively. May not compare to the consensus of $2.51.

Planar Systems (Nasdaq: PLNR) 4% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.09, $0.14 adjusted, versus the consensus of $0.09. Revenues were $53.3 million vs. $47.7 million consensus. The Company sees Q1 sales of $61-$64 million and Non-GAAP EPS of $0.06-$0.09, versus the consensus of $49.6 million and $0.06, respectively. The Company currently expects that fiscal 2007 revenues will increase from fiscal 2006 driven by internal growth initiatives and revenues added through the Clarity acquisition. However, the Company believes that fiscal 2007 will produce a slightly reduced level of Non-GAAP income per share compared with the $0.63 recorded in fiscal 2006.

Inc. pursuant to the $330 million shelf registration statement filed by the Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission this morning.
