Ecolab (NYSE: ECL) declared an annual dividend of $0.41 per share, or $0.41 annualized. This is a 10.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.37.

The dividend will be payable on January 16, 2018, to stockholders of record on December 19, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of December 18, 2017.
