Bristol-Myers Squibb (NYSE: BMY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share, or $1.6 annualized. This is a 2.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.39.

The dividend will be payable on February 1, 2018, to stockholders of record on January 5, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of January 4, 2018.
