Mid Penn Bancorp (MPB) Declares $0.10 Special Dividend; 0.3% Yield

Mid Penn Bancorp (NASDAQ: MPB) declared a special dividend of $0.10 per share.

The dividend will be payable on January 5, 2018, to stockholders of record on December 21, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of December 20, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.3 percent.

“The Board of Directors is proud to share our financial success thus far in 2017 with our shareholders through an increase to our regular quarterly dividend, which will be paid a month earlier than our typical dividend schedule, plus the payment of a special dividend for the fifth consecutive year,” said Mid Penn President and CEO Rory G. Ritrievi.
