PepsiCo (NYSE: PEP) declared a quarterly dividend of $.805 per share, or $3.22 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 8, 2018, to stockholders of record on December 1, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of November 30, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.8 percent.
