Griffin Industrial Realty (GRIF) Raises Annual Dividend 33.3% to $0.40; 1.1% Yield

Griffin Industrial Realty (NASDAQ: GRIF) declared an annual dividend of $0.40 per share, or $0.4 annualized. This is a 33.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.30.

The dividend will be payable on December 8, 2017, to stockholders of record on December 1, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of November 30, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.1 percent.
