Four Corners Property Trust (NYSE: FCPT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.275 per share, or $1.1 annualized. This is a 13.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.2425.

The dividend will be payable on January 12, 2018, to stockholders of record on December 29, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of December 28, 2017.
