United Bankshares (UBSI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 3% to $0.34; 4% Yield

United Bankshares (NASDAQ: UBSI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.34 per share, or $1.36 annualized. This is a 3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.33.

The dividend will be payable on January 2, 2018, to stockholders of record on December 8, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of December 7, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4 percent.
