Quantum Corp. (QTM) Tops Q2 EPS by 11c, Offers Guidance

Quantum Corp. (NYSE: QTM) reported Q2 EPS of $0.14, $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $107.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $122.2 million.

GUIDANCE:

Quantum Corp. sees Q3 2018 EPS of $0.16-$0.22, versus the consensus of $0.24. Quantum Corp. sees Q3 2018 revenue of $120-125 million, versus the consensus of $144.5 million.

The company also provided the following guidance for the second half of this fiscal year:

• Total revenue of $250 million to $260 million.
• GAAP earnings per share of $0.19 to $0.25 and non-GAAP earnings per share of $0.36 to $0.42.
