Acadia Realty Trust (AKR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 17.4% to $0.27; 3.8% Yield

Acadia Realty Trust (NYSE: AKR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.27 per share, or $1.08 annualized. This is a 17.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.23.

The dividend will be payable on January 12, 2018, to stockholders of record on December 29, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of December 28, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.8 percent.
