Lexington Realty Trust (NYSE: LXP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.1775 per share, or $0.71 annualized. This is a 1.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.175.

The dividend will be payable on January 16, 2018, to stockholders of record on December 29, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of December 28, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.9 percent.
