NexPoint Residential Trust (NYSE: NXRT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.250 per share, or $1 annualized. This is a 13.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.22.

The dividend will be payable on December 29, 2017, to stockholders of record on December 15, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of December 14, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.3 percent.
