Brixmor Property Group (BRX) Tops Q3 EPS by 7c, Lowers & narrows Fy 2017 Guidance

Brixmor Property Group (NYSE: BRX) reported Q3 EPS of $0.27, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $314.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $316.89 million.

GUIDANCE:

Brixmor Property Group sees Q4 2017 EPS of $2.05-$2.09. Prior was for $2.05-$2.12.
