1st Constitution Bancorp (NASDAQ: FCCY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share, or $0.24 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.05.

The dividend will be payable on November 24, 2017, to stockholders of record on November 16, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of November 15, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.3 percent.
