Alexion Pharma (ALXN) Tops Q3 EPS by 12c, Sales Miss; Bumps Outlook

Alexion Pharma (NASDAQ: ALXN) reported Q3 EPS of $1.44, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of $1.32. Revenue for the quarter came in at $859 million versus the consensus estimate of $864.45 million.

GUIDANCE:

Alexion Pharma sees FY2017 EPS of $5.50-$5.65, versus prior of $5.40-$5.55 and the consensus of $5.60. Alexion Pharma sees FY2017 revenue of $3.475-3.525 billion, versus prior of $3.45-$3.525 billion the consensus of $3.52 million.
