Briggs & Stratton (BGG) Tops Q1 EPS by 7c

Briggs & Stratton (NYSE: BGG) reported Q1 EPS of ($0.27), $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.34). Revenue for the quarter came in at $329 million versus the consensus estimate of $295.84 million.

GUIDANCE:

Briggs & Stratton sees FY2018 EPS of $1.41-$1.58, versus prior of $1.31 to $1.48 and the consensus of $1.43.
