Healthcare Trust of America (NYSE: HTA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.305 per share, or $1.22 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on January 9, 2018, to stockholders of record on January 2, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of December 29, 2017.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4.1 percent.
