Preferred Apartment Communities (APTS) Raises Quarterly Dividend 6.4% to $0.25; 4.9% Yield

Preferred Apartment Communities (NYSE: APTS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized. This is a 6.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.235.

The dividend will be payable on January 16, 2018, to stockholders of record on December 15, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of December 14, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.9 percent.
