Sensient Technologies (SXT) Raises Quarterly Dividend 10% to $0.33, 1.7% Yield; Announces New Share Buyback Authorization

Sensient Technologies (NYSE: SXT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.33 per share, or $1.32 annualized. This is a 10% increase from the prior dividend of $0.30.

The dividend will be payable on December 1, 2017, to stockholders of record on November 6, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of November 3, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.7 percent.

Share Buyback

In addition, Sensient’s Board of Directors has approved a resolution to increase the authorization under its share repurchase program by 3.0 million shares. This new authorization supplements the existing authorization, which has approximately 600,000 shares remaining available for repurchase.
