Hawaiian Holdings (HA) Initiates $0.12 Quarterly Dividend; 1.2% Yield

Hawaiian Holdings (NASDAQ: HA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on November 30, 2017, to stockholders of record on November 17, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of November 16, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.2 percent.

"Today's announcement underscores our commitment to building long-term shareholder value," said Hawaiian Airlines President and CEO Mark Dunkerley. "This dividend program reflects our confidence in the strength of our business, future growth potential, and continued free cash flow generation. Hawaiian's strong financial resultshave allowed us to grow the business profitably while strengthening our balance sheet. The decision to initiate a quarterly dividend is the natural next step to increase returns to our shareholders."
