Bioptix, Inc (BIOP) Declares $1.00 Special Dividend; 15.5% Yield

Bioptix, Inc (NASDAQ: BIOP) declared a special dividend of $1.00 per share.

Michael Beeghley, the Company's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, commented, "This special dividend is a positive step to return value to all Bioptix shareholders. We continue to explore options for delivering additional value to shareholders with our streamlined overhead and cash position."

The dividend will be payable on October 18, 2017, to stockholders of record on October 13, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of October 12, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 15.5 percent.
