United Security Bancshares (NASDAQ: UBFO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.07 per share, or $0.28 annualized. This is a 40% increase from the prior dividend of $0.05.

The dividend will be payable on October 19, 2017, to stockholders of record on October 10, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of October 6, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.
