W. P. Carey (NYSE: WPC) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.005 per share, or $4.02 annualized. This is a 0.5% increase from the prior dividend of $1.00.

The dividend will be payable on October 16, 2017, to stockholders of record on October 2, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of September 29, 2017.
